These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the way enquiries and orders are handled. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Shri Ram Trading Company, a wholesale trader of food service, bakery, dairy and frozen products, located at Kandrour, Himachal Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Shri Ram Trading Company, and “you” means anyone who uses the website.

2. Using the website

You may browse the catalog and contact us for genuine business or personal purchase enquiries. You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
  • send false, spam or abusive enquiries, or pretend to be someone else;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, or interfere with its working or security;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our catalog content, text or design for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the enquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp, calling or emailing is a request for information and prices only. It is not an order and does not create a contract.

A contract for sale is formed only when we confirm your order in writing, which includes confirmation by WhatsApp or email, and the confirmed price, quantity and terms are accepted by you.

4. Prices, taxes and availability

Prices are not displayed on the website. They are quoted on request, are valid only for the period and quantity stated in the quotation, and may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Applicable taxes, including GST where it applies, are charged as required by law and will be shown in our quotation or invoice. Availability depends on stock. We may decline, limit or cancel an enquiry or order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will inform you if that happens.

5. Payment, delivery and returns

Payment terms, delivery arrangements and charges, and any return, replacement or claim period are agreed with you when an order is confirmed. They are not set by this website.

Please inspect goods when you receive them, and tell us about any shortage, damage or quality concern as soon as possible and within any period agreed at the time of the order, so that we can look into it. Frozen and chilled goods must be stored as directed on the pack.

Sales are subject to the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and other applicable laws.

6. Product information and labels

Product details on the website come from our product list and are for guidance only. Please read our Disclaimer, and always rely on the label of the product you receive for ingredients, allergens, storage and expiry.

7. Intellectual property

The design, layout, text and our own logo on this website belong to Shri Ram Trading Company. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we deal in.

You may view and print pages for your own reference when considering a purchase from us. You may not use, copy or distribute any content for any other purpose without permission from us or the relevant owner.

8. Your information

Details you give us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please make sure the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them.

9. Third-party services

Features such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Fonts are provided by other companies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on its content.

Our responsibility for goods we supply is governed by the confirmed order, these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. If it cannot be resolved that way, the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
