We handle personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it. We also follow the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, which are being brought into force in phases, with the main obligations due to take effect in May 2027.

Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form, we ask for your name, phone number or email address, and the product you are interested in. You may also choose to add your business name, the quantity you need and a message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number or email address, your name if shared, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. This website has no user accounts and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. As with most websites, our hosting provider and your browser may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the visit.

What we do not collect. We do not take payment card or bank details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

We use your information only for these purposes:

• to reply to your enquiry and share product details and wholesale prices;
• to process and deliver orders, keep business records and handle any after-sales query;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements;
• to keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We will contact you about your enquiry, and if we ever wish to send you promotional messages, we will ask for your consent first.

This website does not have its own server for storing enquiries. When you press Submit, the website opens WhatsApp on your device with your details already typed into a message addressed to our number. Nothing reaches us until you press Send in WhatsApp.

Once you send it, the message is carried by WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive it on our WhatsApp number. If you do not want to share your details this way, you can phone or email us instead.

You give us your details voluntarily when you submit the form or contact us, and we use them for the purposes above on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

We share personal data only where needed, and only with:

• communication and hosting service providers that help us run the website and talk to you, such as WhatsApp and our website host;
• delivery or logistics partners and brand or supplier representatives, only to the extent needed to fulfil your order or request;
• professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers, where needed;
• government or law-enforcement authorities, where we are required to by law.

Google Fonts: your browser loads the website’s fonts from Google, so Google receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

Google Maps: the Home and Contact pages show an embedded map of our shop. Google may collect technical data and use cookies as described in its own privacy policy.

WhatsApp: WhatsApp links and the enquiry form take you to WhatsApp, which is covered by its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not control how these companies handle data. Please read their policies if you want to know more.

This website does not set its own cookies for tracking or advertising. Embedded third-party services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded features may then not work as expected.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and to complete any resulting order and after-sales support. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records, are kept for the period the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is meant for business buyers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the law changes or when we add new features. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update, and we encourage you to check it now and then.
